A: we do have some product in stock.

3. Q: What's the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 15-25 working days. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.Once we confirmed all detail of order, we'll put all source into it.

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.

5. Q: Should we pay the high taxes?

A: We can make a low-value invoice to help you clearing Customs and avoid the taxes.

6. Q: What's your payment terms

A:We usually accept T/T at sight as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.

7. Q: Can I buy some extra parts, for example: motor, battery, handle, derailleur , tires etc?

A:  Of course, we are glad to provide for you.

8. Q: I have received some bike with a little  paint scratch, how to do with it ?

A: In our factory, we can control the problem.  But during shipping, too many times move , some scratch may happen,  we can not control, better less move, if it do happen, use a paint marker then.

9. Q: Do your products have guarantee?

A: For the main electrical parts, like battery, motor, controller,  we can replace for you within one year if have problem not man-made.
